Mobley Helms Systems Limited Partnership

Primary Partner of MHSLP, overseeing 121 subsidiaries. Sets portfolio strategy and technical direction, guides shared software and AI infrastructure, and oversees delivery.

MHSLP contains MobCorp (Mobley Omni Business Corp) and HelmsCorp, representing the partners’ interests across the shared portfolio. MobCorp is the originating conglomerate; John describes the shared-ownership approach as fractal conglomeracy.

John started Mobleysoft, his consulting company, at age sixteen, approximately 2000. His consulting experience covers requirements, business-process analysis, custom software, customer communication and project leadership.

Shared portfolio engineering includes AI-assisted development of document workflows, acceptance tooling and authentication infrastructure.
